CreatorStage
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CreatorStage, including creatorstage.live, CreatorStage-hosted creator pages, dashboards, checkout flows, account features, and related services operated by Wolfstone Media LLC.
By accessing, browsing, viewing, linking to, signing in to, purchasing from, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
CreatorStage is owned and operated by Wolfstone Media LLC.
Basic access is currently free. Premium is currently offered at $1/month during Early Access and may increase to $2/month or more in the future.
Use of the Service means you accept this agreement.
These Terms are a binding legal agreement between you and Wolfstone Media LLC ("Wolfstone," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding CreatorStage and all related websites, subdomains, creator pages, tools, software, content, communications, and services we make available (collectively, the "Service").
You accept these Terms by accessing or using any part of the Service, including visiting creatorstage.live, visiting a CreatorStage-hosted creator page, signing in, connecting a third-party account, submitting information, sending a Connect request, browsing discovery listings, or starting or completing a paid upgrade or promotional placement purchase.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.
You must be eligible, provide accurate information, and keep your account secure.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for your credentials, the security of your account, and all activity that occurs under it.
We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, require additional verification, or suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, insecure, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise risky to the Service or other users.
You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or export restrictions, or if you are otherwise prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable law.
Some purchases renew automatically, while others are one-time and time-limited.
CreatorStage currently offers a free Basic tier and a Premium subscription tier. Premium is currently offered at $1 per month during the Early Access or Early Adopter phase. We may change, end, rename, add, remove, or repackage any plan, feature, benefit, limit, or price at any time.
CreatorStage may also offer one-time purchases for promotional or placement-based features, including featured discovery placement, sponsored visibility, or similar promotional upgrades. Unless we expressly state otherwise, those promotional purchases are separate from Premium, do not create a recurring subscription, and expire at the end of the purchased placement term.
You acknowledge and agree that the current Premium price is promotional and temporary. Premium pricing may increase to $2 per month or more after Early Access, and we do not promise any user a permanent, grandfathered, or locked-in price unless we expressly say so in writing.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew until canceled. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processors, including Stripe, to charge the recurring subscription price, applicable taxes, and any other amounts you authorize.
One-time promotional or placement purchases are billed once at the time of checkout. By completing a one-time purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors, including Stripe, to charge the one-time amount, applicable taxes, and any other clearly disclosed charges you approve during checkout.
Unless we explicitly state a later scheduled start, a one-time promotional placement begins as soon as we receive successful payment confirmation from Stripe or our payment processor. For self-serve featured placement, that activation is intended to happen immediately upon confirmed payment receipt.
You may cancel at any time, but cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise required by law. Because CreatorStage is a digital SaaS offering and paid features and account access or promotional placement may be provisioned immediately upon purchase or activation, all subscription charges, one-time placement purchases, and other fees are final and non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for partial billing periods, partial use, unused time, unused features, expired promotional placement terms, account downgrades, or cancellations made after a billing period or purchased placement term begins.
If we change subscription pricing for your plan, the new price will take effect no earlier than your next billing cycle after we provide notice by email to the address on your account or by notice in your dashboard or account area. That notice is effective when sent or posted.
We may change the price, duration, inventory, ranking rules, display format, or eligibility requirements for one-time promotional placements at any time before purchase. Once purchased, we may still label, reorder, moderate, pause, reject, or remove promotional placements where needed to comply with law, enforce these Terms, address abuse, prevent deception, or protect the Service and its users.
Once a promotional placement term has started, including when activation occurs immediately after confirmed payment receipt, that purchase is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund, cancellation, reversal, credit, or proration except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate paid access if payment fails, a charge is reversed, fraud is suspected, or your account is otherwise in violation of these Terms.
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or similar claim in bad faith, or engage in fraud, attempted fraud, unauthorized payment use, or other abuse of billing systems, you remain responsible for all amounts owed to us and may be held civilly liable to the fullest extent permitted by law for our losses, chargeback fees, collection costs, investigative costs, reasonable attorneys' fees where recoverable, and other related damages.
Your right to use CreatorStage is limited, revocable, and conditioned on compliance.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use the Service to build or support a competing product or service, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update, modify, restrict, interrupt, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not provide any guaranteed uptime, minimum service level, or uninterrupted access unless we separately agree to that in writing.
You may not misuse the Service, the infrastructure, or other users.
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, send spam, evade platform restrictions, automate abuse, probe or attack our systems, impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Service.
Fraudulent conduct includes, without limitation, payment fraud, stolen payment method use, chargeback abuse, identity misrepresentation, fake accounts, deceptive account creation, evasion of plan limits, abuse of referral or promotional systems, and attempts to obtain paid access or benefits without valid payment.
You may not upload, publish, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, or that exposes us or other users to harm or liability.
We may investigate suspected misuse, remove or disable content, throttle access, reject deployments, suspend features, and terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe conduct creates legal, operational, security, reputational, or commercial risk.
We reserve all rights to pursue civil remedies and, where appropriate, refer suspected fraud or unlawful conduct to law enforcement or payment networks.
You keep your content, but you give us the rights needed to operate the Service.
As between you and us, you retain ownership of content, links, profile information, text, images, messages, settings, and other materials you submit through the Service ("User Content").
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, reformat, reproduce, transmit, distribute, adapt, and otherwise use User Content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, improve, enforce, and promote the Service, and to comply with law.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate law or any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for backing up your content and for the legality, accuracy, and consequences of what you submit or publish.
We may remove, refuse, disable, or preserve User Content at any time, with or without notice, including when we believe it violates these Terms or creates risk for us, creators, users, or third parties.
Discovery listings, creator cards, platform badges, account labels, and any featured or sponsored placement are part of the Service presentation layer. We may format, rank, label, reposition, limit, or suppress those surfaces in our discretion, including to reflect account settings, purchased placement windows, staff actions, safety reviews, platform availability, or product changes.
Discovery visibility is optional, and promotional placement does not guarantee outcomes.
CreatorStage may make creator accounts discoverable inside authenticated or public product surfaces. Discovery participation is optional where we provide an opt-out control, and creators are responsible for reviewing and configuring their own discoverability and platform visibility settings.
If discovery participation is enabled for your account, we may display profile information, connected platform labels, creator page links, badges, and similar account presentation data to users of the Service as described in our product experience and Privacy Policy.
Promotional placement, featured slots, sponsored visibility, and similar paid positioning are advertising or promotional features only. Purchase of a placement does not guarantee impressions, clicks, follows, conversions, ranking stability, revenue, engagement, or any minimum business result.
You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to the placement feature and the placement time period itself, not any promised quantity of traffic, views, reach, referrals, clicks, signups, or other performance outcome. CreatorStage has no control over how many users view, click, or engage with a featured placement and makes no promise, warranty, or guarantee of results.
We may label promotional placements as featured, sponsored, promoted, staff-selected, or similar terms. We may also reserve inventory, set qualification rules, or override placement manually for operational, editorial, compliance, or safety reasons.
We own the Service and all rights in it other than your User Content.
The Service, including its software, code, design, text, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, logos, analytics, workflows, page generation systems, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Wolfstone Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by law.
Except for the limited use rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
If you send us suggestions, feedback, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up right to use, modify, disclose, commercialize, and exploit them without restriction or obligation.
CreatorStage depends on outside providers, and their terms also apply.
The Service may interoperate with third-party providers and platforms, including Twitch, YouTube/Google, Kick, Instagram, TikTok, Stripe, hosting, analytics, bot protection, authentication, and other external services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by those third parties' terms, privacy policies, and business practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, availability, outages, data practices, or actions.
If you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to receive, store, retain, and use the identifiers, profile details, connection status, and other information that provider makes available to us as needed to operate the Service while your account is active, maintain linked platform features, protect the Service, comply with applicable law, and maintain safeguards designed to support SOC 2 Type II-aligned operations, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
We can suspend or terminate access whenever necessary to protect the Service or our business.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel a paid subscription through your account or by contacting [email protected].
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, creator page, subscription, feature, or access path at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected abuse, legal risk, security concerns, payment issues, inactivity, fraud, infringement claims, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Service end immediately. We may delete or retain account information, connected platform account information, and User Content as permitted or required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME, FREE OF HARMFUL CODE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ANY DEVICE, PLATFORM, BROWSER, CREATOR WORKFLOW, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.
Our liability is limited.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLFSTONE MEDIA LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50.00).
These limitations apply regardless of the form of action and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, except to the extent prohibited by law.
You are responsible for claims arising from your use and your content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wolfstone Media LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
This includes claims, losses, and expenses arising from fraud, attempted fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or deceptive conduct by you or through your account.
Disputes are resolved individually through arbitration unless you opt out on time.
Before either party starts a formal proceeding, that party must send a written notice of dispute to [email protected] and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.
Except for qualifying small claims matters and claims for injunctive or equitable relief relating to intellectual property or misuse of the Service, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.
Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in English. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, arbitration may proceed by documents, telephone, video conference, or in-person in Sacramento County, California. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award, but may not award relief for or against anyone who is not a party.
YOU AND WOLFSTONE MEDIA LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR MASS ACTION.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your full name, account email address if any, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
If arbitration is unavailable or you validly opt out, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
These Terms and any dispute between you and us are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent federal law applies.
We respond to compliant copyright notices.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the DMCA to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice." We may require additional information before acting on incomplete notices.
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA counter-notification to the same address with the information required by law.
We may remove allegedly infringing material, disable access, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate cases.
You consent to electronic communications, including notice by email or dashboard.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, secure, and disclose information, including connected Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, and TikTok account information retained while an account is active.
You consent to receive all agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, billing communications, policy updates, legal notices, and other communications from us electronically, including by email to the address associated with your account, by posting in your dashboard or account area, or by other in-product notice.
You agree that notice sent by email or posted in your dashboard or account area constitutes effective notice and satisfies any legal requirement that the communication be in writing.
We can change the Service and these Terms at any time.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, including features, plans, benefits, limits, integrations, pricing, and availability.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. We may, but are not required to, provide additional notice by email or dashboard notice. When we do provide email or dashboard notice, that notice is effective when sent or posted.
Unless a different effective date is stated, changes become effective when posted. Your continued access to or use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Standard contract provisions apply.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.
We may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, attacks, platform failures, labor disputes, natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, governmental actions, or failures of third-party providers.
