CreatorStage
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorStage collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use creatorstage.live, CreatorStage creator pages, and related services. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
We use IP-related data only for security, abuse prevention, fraud detection, and rate limiting, and retained IP data is not tied to specific user accounts. Information associated with connected Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, and TikTok accounts may be retained while a user account is active to operate the service, protect account integrity, comply with applicable law, and support security controls designed to align with SOC 2 Type II standards. We do not sell personal information, and users may request anonymization at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process qualifying anonymization requests within 30 days of receipt.
Use this address for privacy requests, access requests, correction requests, and anonymization requests.
This policy applies to CreatorStage, creator pages published through the platform, and related authentication, billing, analytics, and support interactions.
We collect only the information needed to run, secure, and improve the service.

Subscription metadata is also received for recurring plans where applicable.
- For featured or promotional placements, we may also retain the purchased slot duration, activation time, expiration time, placement status, and related audit history needed to operate and enforce the purchased placement term.

- Browser and device signals such as user agent data and event metadata used to understand service performance and engagement.
- Visitor hashes or similar pseudonymous identifiers created from technical data to support analytics and abuse prevention.
- Discovery page activity such as searches, filters, card views, and interactions with discovery or featured placement surfaces.

- Connected platform identifiers, connection status, and connected email addresses retained for fraud prevention, account integrity checks, and safe operation of linked platform features while the user account is active.

CreatorStage uses cookies and similar technologies for core site operation.
We use essential cookies and similar mechanisms to keep users signed in, maintain session security, remember authentication state, prevent abuse, and support normal site functionality. These technologies are not used by CreatorStage to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.
This can include a signed first-party attribution cookie when a visitor arrives through a staff-generated referral link so CreatorStage can determine whether that visit later became a linked account, new signup, checkout, paid subscription, or other completed purchase.
Third-party services integrated into the experience, such as authentication providers, payment processors, embedded media, security tools, or hosting and content delivery providers, may set or read their own cookies or similar identifiers under their own terms and privacy policies.
We apply specific limits to how we use sensitive account and network information.
- We only retain IP addresses, IP hashes, or comparable IP-related security data for security, fraud prevention, spam prevention, abuse detection, and rate limiting.
- Retained IP-related data is not tied to specific user accounts.
- We retain connected provider identifiers, authorized profile metadata, connection status, and connected email addresses while the user account is active as needed to operate linked platform features, prevent fraud, maintain account integrity, support the service, and comply with applicable law.
- We do not sell connected email addresses, and we do not disclose them for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
We share information only in limited situations necessary to run the service or comply with law.
Service providers and integrations
- Authentication providers and connected platforms such as Twitch, YouTube/Google, Kick, Instagram, or TikTok, when you choose to connect those services.
- Payment processors such as Stripe when you start or manage a paid subscription or make a one-time purchase.
- Infrastructure, hosting, analytics queueing, bot protection, content delivery, and security vendors that help us operate CreatorStage.
Other limited disclosures
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
- To enforce our policies, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and transition protections.
CreatorStage does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not license user data to data brokers.
Discovery participation can expose limited creator profile data inside the product.
If a creator leaves discovery enabled, CreatorStage may show limited profile and account presentation data in discovery surfaces, such as display name, profile image, creator page link, badges, and selected connected platforms. Discovery settings are controlled by the creator account and can be changed from the dashboard when that control is available.
Featured or sponsored placements may receive additional labeling or placement priority. Those placements are part of the service presentation layer and are not sold or shared as third-party advertising audience data.
Purchase of a featured placement does not change how we handle personal information and does not guarantee any particular volume of traffic, clicks, or engagement. We may retain placement activation and expiration records to determine when a purchased slot begins and ends.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and protect the platform.
- Account, deployment, creator page, and connected platform account information may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable law.
- Connected Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, and TikTok account identifiers, authorized profile metadata, and connection records may be retained while the related CreatorStage account is active so we can operate linked features and maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to support SOC 2 Type II-aligned operations.
- Billing and transaction records may be retained as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and financial compliance purposes.
- Security and anti-abuse information may be retained for as long as necessary to investigate misuse, enforce limits, and protect the service.
- At any time, a user may email [email protected] to request anonymization of account-associated personal data. We will process qualifying anonymization requests within 30 days of receipt.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights regarding your data.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion or anonymization, request a copy of certain data, or ask questions about how your data is used. You may exercise these rights by emailing [email protected].
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If we cannot fully honor a request because of legal, security, fraud-prevention, or bookkeeping requirements, we may retain only the limited information needed for those purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use measures intended to reduce risk, including secure transport, authentication controls, rate limiting, logging, infrastructure safeguards, and abuse-prevention tools. We design these safeguards to support compliance with applicable law and security controls aligned with SOC 2 Type II expectations as our compliance program develops. Users are responsible for keeping access to their third-party accounts and devices secure.
Creator pages may link to or embed third-party services.
Creator pages can include links, embeds, and integrations involving third-party services such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, TikTok, Stripe, other social platforms, and external websites. Those services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
CreatorStage is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email [email protected] and we will review and address the issue promptly.
Your information may be processed where CreatorStage or its providers operate.
By using CreatorStage, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in countries that may have different data protection rules than your home jurisdiction. Where required, we will use reasonable steps intended to protect personal information during those transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and take other reasonable steps to communicate the change where appropriate. Continued use of the service after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies.
